Vivek R.stated on numerous occasions that he wants to make Ohio and the Ohio Valley the next Silicon Valley.
Well, what he means is flooding Ohio with AI Data Centers!
This should be a huge wake up call for Ohioans: Ireland has between 82 and 89 fully operational data centers, with another 46 under construction. Look at the chart from the standpoint of electricity consumption. Even without an additional 50% increase in the number of data centers, Ireland is already outpacing their ability to produce electricity and many of these centers increasingly rely on natural gas and petroleum fuels for generators.
In Ohio, we’ve seen electricity cost skyrocket, and the shortage of electricity to feed the data centers and consumers is inevitable. Natural gas reserves will be drained, and diesel power generators will add to the air pollution in some areas.
Considering these data centers are conceived, built and owned by Silicon Valley corporations, not by anyone in Ohio, and the fact these very same people have a bag man by the name of Vivek Ramaswamy running for governor and a rigged primary election, you can be sure that things are going to get worse. Also: these AI Data Centers are the foundation for a surveillance state … evil surveillance freak Peter “Palantir” Thiel’s wet dream (he tries to sell it to us as a “safety feature”, preventing crime, etc…. yeah … of course)… and Vivek R being Thiel’s boy, you know what will happen. Vivek R. LOVES surveillance! Don’t forget: during the planned DEM-panic, when he was partner in crime of DeWine and Acton, he not only was part of what the diabolical trio did to Ohio and the Ohioans, he wanted even more: he wanted segregation and a national registry as a joint project between the State- and Federal governments and a public company – HIS company!!!
With the AI Data Centers making a few people a lot of money (with the Ohioans paying the price for it, not just monetarily….), I’m wondering whether there is a new “FirstEnergy” kind of scheme brewing…
